What we collect
Manucomm Recruitment collects your personal data about you to help in the recruitment process. This data consists of information such as your name, address, e-mail address, work and education history, and sensitive data that is included in your CV. We will then store pertinent details of our relationship which could include elements such as records of interviews, opportunities we have put you forward for, information you have provided to us such as a CV/resume and copies of correspondence.

How do you remove your name and details from our database
After May 2018 (upon the implementation of the GDPR), after receiving your details we aim to contact you within 30 days requesting digital consent to hold your data in order that we may contact you reference any roles that we have that may be suitable for your skillset. When this digital consent is sent, you have the option to decline and we will then remove all of your details from our database. If we have not heard from you within 30 days then we will remove all data. You also may contact us at any point either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01278 393392 and we will remove your data. After 24 months, if we have not contacted you we will automatically remove your data.
If you have been a temporary worker through Manucomm Recruitment and have consented to us holding your data, once you have completed an assignment we will delete any additional personal information that has been gathered for payroll purposes within a 6 month period.
Internet Information Transfer
Your information is held on servers hosted by our internet services provider. The transmission of information via the internet is not 100% secure and although we will do our best to protect personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site, any transmission is at your own risk.
